1. NO DRIVING LICENCE required to rent a Boat up to 30hp.
2. It is necessary to be informed & follow Safety regulations before your departure.
3. Fuel in not included in the rental price.
4. Navigation rules must be followed.
5. The Vessels are insured towards third parties.
6. Insurance does not cover the underneath part of the boat hull, propeller and shaft from the engine.
7. Maximum distance from the shore must not exceed 3N.m
8. In case of bad weather and sailing prohibition by the port authorities you are able to sail the next possible day.
9. The driver has full responsibility for both the vessel and any harm of the passenger’s.
10. We are not responsible for any loss of your personal belongings during the rental period.
